Get fit with Mel B

Get Fit with Mel B is a fitness game featuring ex-Spice Girl Mel B. After entering personal details like gender, height and weight, the player can also select a workout location (e.g. Central Park, The Maldives) and up to two goals. The possible goals are divided into a few categories such as General Health (think weight loss) or Special Occasions (like getting in shape for a wedding). This setup allows for the selection of a daily workout from the main menu, in which the system puts together a 30-minute workout of exercises that will target these goals. The game also contains a daily food plan to go with this workout. It is also possible to just select specific exercises or put together a complete custom workout. Using the Wii Balance (or just entering their weight on PS3 and XBox 360), players can keep track of their progress.
